Your privacy is very important to Net Potential Consulting Ltd. Please read the following page about our data storage practices and how your information is collected and used. This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on our website, phone, with a sales representative or on any written communication. The types of information collected are business, contact, billing and project related information. We might also collect information from you regarding third parties in relation to you i.e. your client’s, customers, staff members etc. in order to carry out your instructions and our day to day activities.
The way we use information
We use any information collected to provide our services to you. WE DO NOT SHARE, DISTRIBUTE OR PROVIDE THIS INFORMATION TO ANY OTHER BUSINESS OR INDIVIDUAL unless specifically directed to do so or to comply with legal regulations or other industry specific criteria. We will also reveal any information to the law enforcement authorities pursuant to a valid subpoena, warrant or court order.
We use the return email addresses supplied to answer your emails for tech support, customer service, tell-a-friend, email updates and other features of our services. Any email addresses collected in the course of our association with your business are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties, email list harvesting or data sharing companies.
We NEVER use or share and of your personally identifiable information provided, other than to carry out the duties pursuant to any enquiry, contract or business dealings. If you require further security or to opt-out of any future communications from Net Potential please communicate this to us in writing.
Data security
To prevent any illegal, unauthorized or unwarranted access to your data we implement appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures which may be updated, supplemented or altered at any such time as we deem appropriate. This applies to any data howsoever collected.
Online credit card processing is performed on secure servers using secure SSL data connections which will comply with the latest standards and to the highest level of online security available industry. Any banking data or billing information are deleted within 30 days of termination of any client’s account.
Under 18′s privacy
We never collect, store or use any information from anyone who we know to be under 18, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under that age of 18. All business will only be conducted with persons authorised to do so and in so doing appropriate checks will be made to ensure that all responsible, liable persons involved in any business transactions with Net Potential are legally able to enter into contracts with binding and legal consequences. We reserve the right to carry out any checks or investigations and require official proof of any persons entering into a contract with Net Potential.

We may, from time to time, provide links to third party websites. This does not in anyway constitute an endorsement, guarantee or imply any business connection with regard to any information, materials, or products found on those third party sites. Obviously we have no control or influence over these websites or their content and therefore cannot be held responsible or liable for what may be found on those websites. Access to third party websites is done at your own risk.
Information access
You may review, change or update any information we have collected from you by contacting us. To enquire your privacy and security we will take all reasonable steps to verify your identity or the identity of staff members before granting access to any information or making corrections. We may request that you make such applications in writing.
